Abby's 10th Birthday

 Happy Birthday to our amazing 10 year old!!
She woke up to a "Hi-Chew" Decorated door.

Before school Abby opened all of her presents.

After school we went to get Abby's ears pierced.

Brother Smith, Abby's Primary teacher when she was 8,

owns The Gem Smith.  We trusted him to pierce Abby's ears.

Birthday Party Time

 Abby has wonderful friends.

We rented the party room at 

Orange Leaf, our favorite yogurt place.

 Our double digit 10 year old!!

   Just Dance, Wipe Out, Despicable Me

After a long and fun day, I tucked Abby into bed,

and I read to her from my journal on the day that she was born

10 years ago.  It was fun to share with her my first thoughts

and feelings about what a special girl she is.

I am so lucky to be Abby's Mom! :-)

Ella's Last Day of Preschool

 Today was Ella's last day of Mrs. Wing's Preschool.

They did such a great job singing.

We are so proud of you Ella and the

beautiful girl that you are.

You have learned so much this year.

We especially love listening to you tell stories.

You are a great story teller and

a very smart girl.

You are also a very good friend.

The girls love snails.  They have made a home for

their precious slimy friends, feeding and giving water

Kate got up at 6:00 am, dressed herself,
 made her own healthy lunch

and was ready for school.
She has really been looking forward  to riding the bus 

and going on a field trip to the
Museum of Natural History. Kate's Dream Day!!

 Abby has been learning all about Theodore Roosevelt.

Today the whole class dressed up and had a Wax Museum.

It was a lot of fun to learn about
so many famous people in History.
