Disney Dollars

 Papa J & Grammy gave the kids $25 Disney gift

cards for Christmas.  It was so fun for the girls to get

to find their own treasures to buy.  Lucy was first to spot

her Disney treasure.  She chose this Sleeping Beauty Music Box

at Bippity Boppity Boutique.  

Kathryn thought for days about this Ariel bank.

She was really happy wither her decision.

She even had Ariel sign the bottom of the bank,

when we met Ariel at Ariel's Grotto. 

Ella was SO excited to find this set of Elsa and Anna,

with Hans and Christoff.  

Ella couldn't wait to get back to the hotel to play with it,

so she opened it while we were waiting in the Toy Story line.

 Abby choose to buy this cute Minnie Mouse hat.

California Adventure

A fun day at California Adventure.

Cars Land

This was our first time to Cars Land.  

It just opened last summer.

Radiator Springs is my new favorite ride.

Abby, Ella, and I laughed SO hard. It is really fun.

There were a few new fun rides in Carsland.

Toy Story 

We went on this ride a few times.  

It is James' favorite ride.  

  A Bug's Land

We went on the rides for old times sake,

and went to the 3D show.

 We saw lots of characters.... 

We got a lot of autographs....

 

Everyone loved the Monsters Ride.

This was our first ride of the day...

and our last....

We had dinner at Ariel's Grotto.

 The girls loved the new Ariel ride.  We went on it several times.

Each time James wore his sunglasses.
I think he enjoyed the short naps.

 Talk time with Crush.  We went to this show twice.

The first time he called on me.

The second time he talked to Ella. We had some good laughs.

 

It was another magical day.

Disneyland

 Our first day at Disneyland was magical.

We were all excited to be at the happiest place on earth....

Our first ride was Alice in Wonderland.
Lucy really wanted to go on a "pink" ride.

I LOVE these smiles!

 It wasn't very crowded and we were able to go on lots of rides.

 We bought autograph books, so the girls

could get pictures and autographs
with their favorite characters.  The girls love this tradition.

At first Lucy wasn't too sure of the characters,

but she soon warmed up to the fun.

Ella fell in love with Winnie The Pooh.

She still has a love for all bears!!

 Everyone loves the Winnie The Pooh ride. 

 Autotopia was another family favorite.
Lucy thought is was so funny that Abby could drive.

On our way to dinner,

 we saw Anna & Elsa through 

a crack in the curtain.....we were all really excited.

We stayed for the Mickey's Soundsational parade,
 which was magical as well.
 We arrived at the park an hour early, for Magic Morning,

and stayed until it closed.  Fun day.

Downtown Disney

 We spent our first day in California enjoying

Downtown Disney.


 We ate lunch at Rainforest Cafe.

 Everyone had a fun time!
