Happy 37th Birthday James

 Happy Birthday James!!
(He gets more and more handsome each year!)

This past year James and I have been into werewolf shows.

We love watching Grimm and Teen Wolf....

so I surprised James with a warewolf Birthday!

(He was surprised and a little creeped out.)

Kate refused to eat on the alpha red eye,

fang teeth plates. He He.

Ella embraced the fun!

Every present James opened with his teeth.

The kids loved it! Scary Dad!

I was so excited to get this t-shirt for James. Sucess.

The kids were excited to get him a kadama.

James took the day off of work for his Birthday.

We spent the morning at the Apple Store. We bought

James a new iPAD mini 3. After a nap and a bike tune up,

we had take out from Texas Roadhouse.

At his request I made a homemade apple pie....I guess to

go with his new apple iPad.

Fun day with a fun guy!

Happy 4th Birthday Lucy

 Lucy is the happiest 4 year old!

She wanted a pink piggie party. It was such a cute

idea and fun to plan together.

Lucy picked out her pinata. 

We brought it home,

and every morning this week it had a baby piggie.

Lucy loved running each morning to see a new baby pig.

She named each one. Her two favorites are 

Piga & Oink Oink.

It was a fun way to anticipate her special day.

We decorated Lucy's door with 4 pink piggies.

We had a pinkalicious pink breakfast complete with

pink piggie pancakes.

We let Lucy plan her special day.

We spent the morning at Thanksgiving Point.

Pony rides, grooming Pistle the Pony,

 and of course lots of pink piggies.

It was a warm February day.

Lucy got to bring home this cute little

pig she named Aurora to remember her fun day.  

Next stop....lunch at Zupas. 

"Girl" Cheese & Tomato Soup.

 We spent the afternoon playing games

at Chuck-E-Cheese.

 Lucy was so excited to play "Pig Out"
in honor of her pink piggie day.

 Abby & Kate had way too  much fun and won

500 tickets in this game. 

We came home to finish the night with

pink cake & raspberry sherbet....
and a pink piggie pinata.

Lucy is lucky to have 3 older sisters

who love her SO much!

After everyone had a turn hitting the pinata,

we let Lucy hit it over and over again

until it broke.  She loved breaking open

her first pinata all by herself.

Love that smile.

Lucy's new favorite show is Charlotte's Web.

Valentine's Weekend

We had a wonderful Valentine's Weekend.

On Friday night, we had a Stake Dinner & Dance.

We met up with the Bahr's and Dehner's.

James gave me these beautiful flowers, my favorite

body wash, pjs, and a polka dot case for my iPad! 

I am a lucky girl!

On Saturday we had a soccer game for Ella

& basketball for Abby. 

We stuck with our family tradition...

 Heart Shaped pizza,

 Heart salad, Heart jello, Martinelli's & a movie night!

I love our family!

Oak Hills Valentine's Day

Today was the 6th Grade Valentine's Celebration.

Mrs. Pitt's 6th Grade Class all dressed up.

14 Girls & 18 Boys

All of the Mom's worked together to

 put on an amazing lunch for the 6th graders.

 Lucy and I loved helping and being apart of it.

Each of the girls were paired up

with a boy.

Brennon was Abby's escort.

 After lunch they had a photot booth....

and finally a dance.

This was Abby's first dance.

The 3rd graders had a fun Valentine party at school.

 I made Kathryn's hair into 2 giant hearts.

I only wish I had pink elastics instead of green. So cute. 

ELLA

 We ended the day in Ella's classroom

with a fun Valentine party.

  The girls came home and read all of their Valentine's.

Even those that danced with boys today.
