Day 5 - When You Wish

We went to see When You Wish

at Tuacahn. It was AMAZING!

Some of our favorites were:
The real horses for Pocahatas and Snow White.

The water that flooded the stage for
Tarzan and again for Ariel.
The laterns they let go into the sky for Tangled.
Mary Poppins who came down from the sky.
Aladdin & Jamine,
who flew right above our heads on the magic carpet.
The fireworks.
It was such an amazing show!

 I am so glad we could take our 4 Princesses

to see so many Disney Princesses.

It was a memorable night!

Day 5 - St George

 One of the best parts of any vacation....the pool!

We spent a lot of time relaxing at the pool

and playing frisbee in the water!

Derrick Girls love the hot tub...even on a hot summer day.

We also played games at our condo.

 We went to see the movie Minions. 

 It was a fun and relaxing day!

Day 4 - St George & Tuacahn

We said goobye to our extended Derrick Family

and drove to St George to vacation with just the six of us.

This was the condo we rented.

 We visited Springdale 

on our way to St George.

 We also visited the St George Temple.

It was HOT so we were excited to 

get settled in our condo.

 The kids had a fun bunkbed room.

 There was plenty of room to spread out.

 We had dinner at Red Robin.

 We went to see Beauty & The Beast

at Tuacahn.  This was our first time to Tuacahn.

 We had a great time!

Day 4 - Zion Ponderosa

WEDNESDAY

We had another fun day with cousins.

Abby got to drive an ATV.

 Ella & Abby both did the zipline.

 Abby, Kate & Ella all loved the bungee trampoline.

  All 3 of them mastered the back flip.

 Kate LOVED taking all of the little cousins on the train.

 Ella loved the climbing wall.  

 Papa J & Grammy worked so hard to bring all of us

together. It is always a lot of work and we apprecaite

all of the happy memories our kids created with

their cousins over this Reunion.

Day 3 - Zion Ponderosa

TUESDAY 

This was my favorite day of our Family Reunion.

 We hiked the Canyon Overlook Trail.

It was AMAZINGLY beautiful.

 Incredible views.

We love Zion National Park.

 We had a picnic lunch,

In the afternoon, we boarded a tram to
take us up to a different

area of Zion National Park.

 We hiked to the Lower Emerald Pool & The Grotto Trail.

I remember hiking this trail as a kid.

It was fun to be back in this beautiful place.

 I love how narrow this part is.

Ella & Lucy are AMAZING hikers!

They love to hike!

  Fun day hiking.

 After a hot hike, the pool was the perfect

place to cool off. They had a fun waterslide.

We had a late dinner and awards.

We ended the night playing games.... 

 and hitting a pinata!
