Washington DC Monuments and Tidal Basin

We took our kids on a walking tour of the Monuments.
We walked 8.5 miles in one day.
It was so much fun to explore.
 One of my favorite parts about this day were the paddle 

boats at the Tidal Basin.  Sooooo fun! 

James had Ella, Kate, and Lucy with him.

Jefferson Memorial

 Abby and I shared a paddle boat. 

  It was so fun to have the Washington Monument on one side

and the Jefferson Memorial on the other.

 I love this picture of Lucy.
She really does likes Abraham Lincoln.

 Ella's favorite was The Lincoln Memorial.
