 We had such a fun day at This Is The Place

with Erika and Lucy.

 The girls loved digging for gems & riding the train.

We love the Schwitzer's and

loved getting to spend time with them.

Labor Day Weekend

We had a fun Labor Day Weekend.

On Saturday, we hiked to Ensign Peak.

 Cutest hikers. Lucy has the tiniest legs in the

family, and she is still the first one to the top.

Kate and I have the exact same face shape. 

Sometimes we get in these moods,

where we both laugh at the same things and even take

deep breathes the same.  She is definately my daughter.

We both think that we are so funny.

Our New Mailbox

 Our new mailbox is complete.

On July 3rd our mailbox was knocked over while

we were out of town.

We were left with this stub.

It took 2 months to rip out the rest of the stub, 

and get the right bricks and address plate and 

finally to get the famous mason Steve Hogan to build it.

It is looking amazing, and we 

are so glad to have it done.

Activity Days

 I love my calling as Activity Days leader.

We have sixteen 8-9 year old girls.

 This week we talked about STANDING

for Truth & Righteoussness and STANDING

for courage.....two of the things President Monson

has asked us to do. We decorated flip flops to help us

to remember wherever we STAND.

Welcome To September

We have been cleaning and organzing.....

 and we are finally getting into a routine. 

 We took ice cream treats and celebrated Kate's

10th Birthday in Mrs. Jones Class.

Kate got to put mentos into coke and run!!

We are so grateful that Kate has Mrs. Jones this year.

She has become a wonderful family friend.

  Lucy has her first crush...Hank. 

Lucy was caught in the act....dancing and singing

"I got a flower from Hank's house."

 Lucy & Lydia her cousin had a playdate and decided to give all of

the barbies a haircut.  Some of the big sisters were not so

happy when they discovered the hair. Oh dear!

Saturday Fun

 James had a 100 mile Livewell Team Bike ride,

so it was these 4 cuties and me all day, 

 We spent the morning at the park.

Kick~Run~Bike~Tumble

 We spent the afternoon at The Museum of Ancient Life.

 Lucy is really into dinosaurs right now,

 Abby and I had some good conversation while the 

younger girls played.

 We ended our day in the 3D Theatre watching

Oceans in 3D.  I haven't laughed that hard in a while.

I am so grateful to be the mom of these 4 silly girls.

Lucy's First Day of Preschool

Lucy loved her first day at Preschool.

All 4 girls have gone to Mrs. Wing.

Lulu has a fun year ahead.
