Our Trip To The North Pole

This weekend, we thought it would be
fun to visit The North Pole.
We started our adventure at home.  After watching
The Polar Express, we gave the girls new pajamas and we
all piled into the car....until we arrived at the train station.
 Excited...and a little apprehensive...the kids followed along.

Elves greeted us as we boarded the train.
The smiles got bigger and bigger as the train sped along.
We sang Christmas carols, had cookies, drank hot chocolate,
and danced with the singing elves.
Out the window we could see the bright shinning lights.
Santa Claus was waving and we knew we had made it!
Soon Mrs. Claus came to meet us.
Santa Claus boarded the train and spent time
talking with each of our girls.

The elves gave each of us silver bells to remember our journey.
LOVE these smiles!!!
Not far from the North pole we found a quaint place to sleep.
This was our first time visiting
The Homestead during the winter.
The Christmas lights were so fun and festive.
Our room was upstairs in the Guest House.
  So excited!!
The girls LOVE swimming.
We all loved the hot tub.
Saying goodbye to Mr. Frog,
and enjoying the view from the crater.
We hope to visit the North Pole again!!!
